摘  要:目前的区域测绘方法主要利用高空卫星遥感图像,辅助人工信息采集的方式进行测绘,导致测绘方法的效率和精度较低,需要反复校正。为优化上述分析缺陷,将研究基于航摄遥感技术的水利工程建设征地区域测绘方法。设定航摄遥感技术参数,确保遥感图像获取精度。对获取的遥感图像几何校正后,进行图像增强、去噪、目标检测等处理。设计补偿模糊神经网络结构,利用补偿模糊神经网络提取航摄遥感图像中的测绘信息,完成工程建设征地区域测绘。通过实例验证了使用提出的测绘方法,遥感图像信息提取精度可达97.04%,测绘效率明显提升,方法应用效果良好。Current regional surveying and mapping methods mainly use high-altitude satellite remote sensing images,assisted by manual information collection,resulting in low efficiency and accuracy of surveying and mapping methods,requiring repeated correction.In order to optimize the above analysis defects,the mapping method of land expropriation area for water conservancy project construction based on aerial remote sensing technology will be studied.Set the technical parameters of aerial remote sensing to ensure the accuracy of remote sensing image acquisition.After geometric correction of remote sensing image,image enhancement,denoising and target detection are carried out.The structure of compensating fuzzy neural network is designed,and the mapping information of aerial remote sensing image is extracted by compensating fuzzy neural network.An example is given to verify that the accuracy of remote sensing image information extraction can reach 97.04%by using the proposed mapping method,and the mapping efficiency is obviously improved.
