摘 要:试验旨在研究核桃叶经过不同条件发酵后的营养价值及在哈萨克羊瘤胃中的降解特性。选择核桃落叶为原料,氮源(尿素)、碳源(糖蜜)、发酵时间等条件不同水平形成13个组别(A~J_(3)组),完成核桃叶发酵,检测干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)等营养物质含量。选用3只体重相近、装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年哈萨克羊。预试期7 d,尼龙袋法测定并计算发酵核桃叶的DM、CP、NDF、ADF、有机物(OM)的瘤胃降解特性。结果显示:B组发酵核桃叶的DM含量显著高于C组、H组(P<0.05);H组发酵核桃叶CP含量显著高于J_(1)组、J_(3)组(P<0.05)。随着发酵时间的延长,发酵核桃叶的各项含量瘤胃降解率逐渐增加;72 h H组发酵核桃叶各项含量瘤胃降解率最高,优于其他各组。H组发酵核桃叶DM、CP的潜在降解部分显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);H组发酵核桃叶DM、CP的瘤胃有效降解率(ED)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。C组、H组发酵核桃叶NDF、OM潜在降解部分显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);C组、H组、G组发酵核桃叶NDF、OM的ED均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。研究表明,核桃叶进行微生物处理可以改善饲料品质,提高核桃叶营养物质的瘤胃降解率,提高哈萨克羊对核桃叶饲料的利用效率。The experiment was conducted to study the nutritional value of walnut leaves fermented under different conditions.Walnut leaves were used as raw material,with nitrogen source(urea),carbon source(molasses),fermentation time and fluid conditions form 13 categories(A~J_(3)),to complete the walnut leaf fermentation,and detection of DM,CP,NDF,ADF and other nutrient content.Three adult Kazakh sheep with similar body weight and equipped with permanent rumen fistulas were selected.After seven days of pretrial period,the rumen degradation characteristics of DM,CP,NDF,ADF and OM in fermented walnut leaves were measured and calculated by nylon bag method.The results showed that the DM content of fermented walnut leaves in group B was significantly higher than that in group C and group H(P<0.05),the content of CP in fermented walnut leaves in group H was significantly higher than that in group J_(1)and group J_(3)(P<0.05).With the prolongation of fermentation time,the rumen degradation rate of various content of fermented walnut leaves increased gradually.At 72 h the rumen degradation rate of all content of fermented walnut leaves in group H was the highest,which was better than that in other groups.The potential degradation fraction potential degradation part of DM and CP in fermented walnut leaves,group H was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),and the ED of DM and CP in fermented walnut leaves,group H was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The potential degradation part of NDF and OM potential degradation in fermented walnut leaves,group C and group H were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),and the ED of NDF and OM in fermented walnut leaves,group C,group H and group G were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that microbial treatment of walnut leaves can improve feed quality,rumen degradation rate of nutrients in walnut leaves and feed utilization efficiency of walnut leaves for Kazakh sheep.
