摘　　要：饲料安全是畜牧业发展的基础保障,真菌毒素对饲料安全存在一定的危害,其降解和检测对饲料安全具有重要的意义。文章对饲料中常见的真菌毒素的危害、降解和检测技术方面进行综述,以期为饲料安全建设提供参考。Feed safety is the basic guarantee for the development of animal husbandry,and mycotoxins are extremely harmful to feed safety,and their degradation and detection are of great significance to feed safety.The article reviews the hazards,degradation and detection techniques of common mycotoxins in feed,to provide a reference for feed safety construction.
