摘 要:试验探讨苦瓜多糖对蛋鸡免疫功能和血清生化指标的影响。选用30日龄海兰褐商品代蛋鸡300只,分为5组,每组60只。KOBA组为基础日粮;ZXMZ组在基础日粮中添加0.2 g/kg盐酸左旋咪唑;KGDT1组、KGDT2组和KGDT4组在基础日粮中添加1、2和4 g/kg苦瓜多糖。试验期12 w。结果显示:ZXMZ组、KGDT1组、KGDT2组和KGDT4组蛋鸡血清中新城疫病毒(NDV)抗体的效价均极显著高于KOBA组(P<0.01);ZXMZ组、KGDT1组、KGDT2组和KGDT4组血清中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)、总蛋白含量显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)高于KOBA组。研究表明,苦瓜多糖能够提高蛋鸡免疫功能和血清生化指标。The experiment was to explore the effect of momordica charantia polysaccharide on immune function and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens. A total of 300 thirty-day-old Hylan brown commercial laying hens were selected and divided into five groups, with 60 hens in each group. The KOBA group was set as basal diet, the ZXMZ group was supplemented with 0.2 g/kg levamisole hydrochloride in basal diet. The KGDT1 group, KGDT2 group and KGDT4 group were supplemented with 1, 2 and 4 g/kg momordica charantia polysaccharide in basal diet. The trial period was 12 w. The results showed that the titers of Newcastle disease virus(NDV)antibody in serum of laying hens in ZXMZ group,KGDT1group,KGDT2 group and KGDT4 group were extremely higher than those in KOBA group(P<0.01). The serum content of interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-4(IL-4), interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-10(IL-10) and total protein in ZXMZ group, KGDT1 group, KGDT2 group and KGDT4 group were significantly(P<0.05) or extremely(P<0.01)higher than those in KOBA group. The experiment indicates that momordica charantia polysaccharide can improve the immune function and serum biochemical indexes of laying hens.
