摘 要:试验旨在研究不同比例葡萄渣和苜蓿组合对体外产气量和发酵内环境的影响。以葡萄渣和苜蓿为发酵底物,设计5组葡萄渣和苜蓿组合试验。Ⅰ组日粮中不添加葡萄渣,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组日粮中葡萄渣和苜蓿比例分别为20∶80、30∶70、40∶60、50∶50,每组3个重复。利用体外产气法,测定和分析产气量、氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)、微生物蛋白(MCP)、pH值和干物质降解率。结果显示,各组产气量随发酵时间的增加而增加。葡萄渣和苜蓿比例为30∶70瘤胃的产气量和氨态氮含量最高;葡萄渣和苜蓿比例为20∶70微生物蛋白含量最高。葡萄渣和苜蓿比例对pH值和干物质降解率无明显影响。研究表明,葡萄渣替代苜蓿适宜比例为20%~30%。The experiment was to study the effect of different proportions of grape dregs and alfalfa on gas production and the fermentation environment in vitro. Grape dregs and alfalfa were used as fermentation substrate. Five experiment groups combinations of grape dregs and alfalfa were designed. No grape residue was added in diet of group Ⅰ, the ratio of grape residue to alfalfa in diet of group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ, group Ⅳ and groupⅤ was 20∶80, 30∶70, 40∶60 and 50∶50,respectively, each group had three replicates. Gas production, concentration of ammoniacal nitrogen(NH_(3)-N) and microprotein(MCP), p H value and the ratio of straw were determined. The results showed that gas production increased with the increase of fermentation time. When the ratio of grape residue to alfalfa was 30∶70, rumen gas production and ammonia nitrogen content were the highest. The microbial protein content was the highest when the ratio of grape residue to alfalfa was 20∶70. There was no significance effect of the ratio of grape dregs to alfalfa on pH value and dry matter degradation rate. The experiment indicates that the suitable proportion of grape dregs replacing alfalfa is 20%~30%.
