摘　　要：科技型中小企业的经营特征决定了其融资需求的特殊性,其在融资时存在信贷资本获取困难、资本结构不合理、融资成本过高、政府支持力度不够等问题。这主要是由科技型中小企业自身经营不善、经营风险过高、技术资源信息不对称、可抵押财产较少、政府扶持力度不够等原因造成的。对此,科技型中小企业应创新经营与融资方式,拓宽融资渠道;政府应协同金融行业加快完善社会信用体系,提高企业的信息透明度,加大对企业的政策支持,构建多方合作的、可持续的风险共担机制,提高企业的融资效率。Operating characteristics of small and medium-sized technological enterprises(SMTEs)determine the particularity of their financing needs.SMTEs have some problems in financing,such as hard to obtain credit capital,unreasonable capital structure,high financing cost,insufficient government support and so on.These problems are mainly due to the SMTEs’poor management,high management risk,asymmetric information of technical resources,less mortgageable property,insufficient government support and so on.SMTEs should innovate the mode of operation and financing and broaden the financing channels;The government should cooperate with the financial industry to speed up the social credit system,improve the information transparency of enterprises,increase policy support for enterprises,build a sustainable cooperative and risk sharing mechanism to improve the financing efficiency of those enterprises.
