摘  要:通常评估注塑成型质量的主要指标为翘曲变形量。为了实现对影响翘曲变形量参数的优化,基于Moldflow软件,首先通过正交试验获取不同因子组合下的翘曲变形量,然后借助GS(灰色系统)理论对试验数据进行灰色关联度分析,获得对翘曲变形量影响最大的两个因子,即纤维含量和熔体温度。最后使用Design-expert软件,将纤维含量和熔体温度作为输入,翘曲变形量作为输出,进行响应面法寻优,得到最佳因子组合,实现了最优化。通过实验仿真结果对比分析发现,气门室盖注塑成型质量有显著提升。Usually the main index to evaluate the quality of injection molding was warping deformation.In order to optimize the parameters affecting the warping deformation,the warping deformation of different factor combinations were obtained by orthogonal test based on Moldflow software.Then GS(gray system)theory was imposed on the experimental data.The fiber contents and melt temperature were the two most influential on warping deformation.Finally,the design-expert software was applied to parameters optimization,regarding fiber content and melt temperature as the input and warping deformation as output,the response surface method was used to find the best.The best factor combination was obtained,and the optimization was realized.Through the comparative analysis,the results of simulation experiment validated that the injection molding quality of the valve chamber cover had been significantly improved.
