中西医结合疗法对卒中患者恢复期营养状况及脑血管血流速度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中西医结合疗法对卒中患者恢复期营养状况及脑血管血流速度的影响。方法选取2020年11月至2021年7月睢县中医院神经内科收治的183例脑卒中恢复期患者,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(N=91)和观察组(N=92),其中对照组采用常规治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予中医特色疗法,两组患者均连续治疗3周后比较两组患者的胃肠道并发症发生情况、营养状况以及脑血管血流指标。结果在治疗期间观察组患者胃肠道并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者三头肌皮褶厚度、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白等营养指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者脑血管平均血流速度、最大峰值流速、舒张末血流速度以及血管阻力指数等脑血管血流指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中恢复期患者实施中西医结合疗法能够有效改善患者脑血管血液流变学指标,减少胃肠道并发症的发生率,改善患者营养状况。Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine therapy on nutritional status and cerebrovascular blood flow velocity in stroke patients during convalescence.Methods A total of 183 patients with stroke recovery period in the neurology department of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(N=91)and the observation group(N=92).The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was given TCM characteristic therapy additionall.After continuous treatment for 3 weeks,gastrointestinal complications,nutritional status and cerebrovascular blood flow indexes were compared between the two groups.Results During the treatment period,the incidence of gastrointestinal complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the triceps skinfold thickness,serum total protein,serum albumin and serum prealbumin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The average cerebral blood flow velocity,maximum peak flow velocity,end diastolic blood flow velocity and vascular resistance index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine therapy in the treatment of stroke convalescent patients can effectively improve the cerebrovascular hemorheology indexes,reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal complications,improve the nutritional status of patients.
