人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊联合米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探究人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊和米诺环素联合用药对慢性牙周炎患者的临床治疗效果及安全性。方法选择2019年7月至2021年7月在兰考县中医院接受治疗的慢性牙周炎患者108例(患牙124颗),随机分为两组:对照组(54例,患牙60颗)和观察组(54例,患牙64颗)。对照组的慢性牙周炎患者接受米诺环素治疗,而观察组的慢性牙周炎患者接受人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊和米诺环素联合用药治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、牙周指标、外周血中细胞因子和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组治疗有效率(92.59%)明显高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的牙周指标(探针深度、菌斑指数、牙槽骨吸收和附着丧生)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的外周血TNF-α、IL-6和HMGB水平较治疗前明显降低,而IL-10的水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组慢性牙周炎患者的改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率(11.11%)与对照组的不良反应发生率(9.26%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊与米诺环素的联合用药治疗慢性牙周炎患者的临床效果显著,减轻牙周组织炎症,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Galcus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules combined with Minocycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods This study was based on the samples of 108 patients with chronic periodontitis(124 teeth)admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Lankao County in Kaifeng,Henan from July 2019 to July 2021.All the patients were randomLy classified into two groups:control group(54 cases,60 teeth)and observation group(54 cases,64 teeth).The patients with chronic periodontitis in the control group only received Minocycline treatment,while the patients in the observation group were given Galcus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules combined with Minocycline.The clinical efficacy,periodontal indexes,cytokines in peripheral blood and adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group were determined and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(92.59%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).These periodontal indexes(the probing depth,plaque index,alveolar bone resorption and attachment loss)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and HMGB in peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the levels of IL-10 were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of patients with chronic periodontitis in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(11.11%)and the control group(9.26%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Galcus Bovis and Metronidazole Capsules combined with Minocycline in the treatment of chronic periodontitis is significant,and it can reduce the inflammation of periodontal tissue with high safety,which is worth extending.
