莲龙消积方联合肝靶动脉栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效及对患者肝功能及免疫水平的影响

摘　　要：目的莲龙消积方联合肝靶动脉栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效及对患者肝功能及免疫水平的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2018年2月-2020年7月收治的66例中晚期肝癌患者的临床资料,根据不同的治疗方式来进行分组,其中32例患者采用肝靶动脉栓塞治疗分为对照组,34例患者采用莲龙消积方联合肝靶动脉栓塞治疗分为观察组。观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效治疗前、后的免疫水平、肝功能(白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶)指标对比。结果观察组临床疗效比较情况的总有效率为73.53%高于对照组46.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8、NK细胞增高,CD8^(+)下降(P<0.05),对照组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8、NK细胞下降,CD8^(+)增高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组免疫水平比较优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各项指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组白蛋白指标对比高于治疗前(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶指标对比低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组各项指标对比优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莲龙消积方联合肝靶动脉栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效较好,可改善患者肝功能及免疫水平。Objective To observe the effect of Lianlong Xiaoji decoction combined with hepatic target artery embolization in the treatment of advanced liver cancer and its influence on liver function and immune level.Methods The clinical data of 66 patients with advanced liver cancer treated in our hospital from February 2018 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,32 patients were divided into control group and 34 patients were divided into observation group.The clinical efficacy,immune level and liver function(albumin,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase)of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 73.53%,which was higher than 46.88%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8 and NK cells increased and CD8^(+)decreased in the observation group(P<0.05),while CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8 and NK cells decreased and CD8^(+)increased in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune level of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the albumin indexes of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase indexes were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lianlong Xiaoji decoction combined with transcatheter arterial embolization is effective in the treatment of advanced liver cancer,which can improve liver function and immune level.
