放射介入疗法应用于子宫肌瘤患者治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究将放射介入疗法应用于子宫肌瘤患者中的作用与效果。方法 摘选2018年3月-2020年8月期间,我院接收的子宫肌瘤病例108例,依据随机化分组法,得到了对照组(n=54)、观察组(n=54),对照组施予常规性药物治疗,而观察组施予放射介入疗法,观察并比较其最终的结果。结果 观察组各项手术指标与对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫体积与对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项卵巢功能指标与对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 放射介入疗法应用到子宫肌瘤患者中,能够获得更为理想的效果。Objective To study the effects and functions of interventional radiotherapy in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 108 cases of uterine fibroids received in our hospital from March 2018 to August 2020 were selected.According to the randomization method, the control group(n=54)and the observation group(n=54)were obtained.The control group received conventional drug therapy, while the observation group received interventional radiotherapy, and the final results were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group, the operation indexes of the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The uterine volume of the observation group was statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the indicators of ovarian function in the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional radiation therapy can achieve better results in patients with uterine fibroids.
