摘  要:研究面料拉伸弹性对运动文胸防震功能的影响,从面料角度提高运动文胸防震功能。选用两款氨纶含量分别为30%和20%的锦氨混纺面料进行试验,使用YG026D型多功能电子织物强力机测量两种面料的弹性模量,将两种面料制作成款式完全相同的两件样衣,使用三维人体动作捕捉系统采集8名试验对象在穿着两件样衣时,以2Hz频率跳绳状态下的乳房动态位移数据。结果表明,面料弹性模量较大时,乳房动态位移较小,表明防震功能较好,同时,乳房主观动态不舒适性也越低。This paper studies the effect of fabric stretching elasticity on the shockproof function of sports bras so as to improve the shockproof function of sports bras from the perspective of fabrics.Two types of nylon and spandex blended fabrics with 30%and 20%spandex content respectively were selected for the study.The YG026D multifunctional electronic fabric strength machine was used to measure the elastic modulus of the two fabrics which were made into two exactly same sample bras.A three-dimensional motion capture system was used to collect the breast dynamic displacement of eight subjects wearing the bras while rope skipping at a frequency of 2Hz.The results showthat the dynamic displacement of the breast is smaller when the elasticmodulus of the fabric is higher,suggesting a better shockproof function.Meanwhile,the subjective dynamic discomfort of the breast is less.
