摘  要:近年来,癌症免疫治疗因其能够有效激活自身免疫系统,识别、攻击和消灭癌细胞而备受关注。然而,有限的免疫应答率和潜在的高毒性严重限制了其在实体瘤中的临床应用。为此,专家们提出了以免疫治疗为中心的多模式联合治疗策略。其中,热疗以其能够激活全身免疫反应却无明显不良反应的优势,成为免疫治疗最适合的辅助疗法。而基于新兴纳米颗粒的光热疗法和磁热疗法则使得热疗与免疫治疗的协同更为完美。因此,本综述将概述当前的热疗方法,探讨热疗激活全身免疫反应的作用机制,重点介绍光热疗法和磁热疗法协同免疫疗法治疗肿瘤的最新进展。In recent years,cancer immunotherapy has attracted extensive attention because of its ability to effectively activate the body’s own defense system to recognize,attack,and destroy cancer cells.However,limited immune response rates and potentially high toxicity severely limit its clinical use in solid tumors.Therefore,experts have proposed multi-modal combination therapy strategies centering on immunotherapy.Among them,hyperthermia is the most suitable adjuvant therapy for immunotherapy because of its advantages of activating systemic immune response without obvious toxic and side effects.The photothermal therapy and magnetothermal therapy based on emerging nanomaterials make the synergy of hyperthermia and immunotherapy more perfect.Therefore,this review will summarize the current hyperthermia methods,explore the mechanism of hyperthermia to activate systemic immune response,focus on the latest progress of photothermal therapy and magnetic hyperthermia combined with immunotherapy in tumor treatment,and summarize and prospect,in order to provide a valuable direction for the development of new cancer treatment models.
