从《周慎斋遗书》探讨温补法在消渴病中的应用

摘　　要：周慎斋先生系明代末期著名中医学家,深谙《内经》理论要旨,对阳气见解独到,强调治病首重阳气,尤其是胃阳,但其学术思想目前主要集中在脾胃病方向,在消渴方面未得到重视。传统中医学者以往多重视患者“口渴”症状而从“阴虚为本,燥热为标”立论,而对于温补法在消渴治疗过程中的应用探讨则相对较少。但无论从既往文献记载还是临床观察,均不难发现阳虚导致消渴并不少见。《周慎斋遗书》中亦不乏对消渴及其相关并发症的论述,本文旨在通过对其相关学术思想在消渴病中的应用进行深入探析,以期对临床有所助益。Mr.Zhou Shenzhai was a famous traditional Chinese medicine scientist at the end of Ming dynasty.He is well versed in the theoretical gist of"Neijing"and has a unique view of Yang Qi.He emphasized Yang Qi should be paid attention to first in treating diseases,especially stomach Yang.However,his academic thought is mainly focused on the direction of spleen and stomach diseases,and has not been paid attention to diabetes elimination.Traditional Chinese medicine scholars used to pay more attention to the symptoms of"thirst"in patients and made an argument from"Yin deficiency as the basis and dry heat as the standard",while there were relatively few discussions on the application of warming and tonifying in the treatment of diabetes elimination.However,it is not difficult to find that it is not uncommon for Yang deficiency to induce diabetes from previous literature records or clinical observation."The posthumous work of Zhou Shenzhai"also has many discussions on diabetes and its related complications.This paper aims to make an in-depth analysis of the application of its related academic ideas in diabetes in order to provide help for the clinic.
