摘 要:目的探讨医学清单制联合线上即时性阶段化教与学双向评价在基地医院临床本科教学管理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年12月汉中市中心医院临床本科见习班的100名学生(2017、2018级各50名)和20名授课教师作为研究对象。2017级学期末集中开展单向教学评价;2018级从学期初、学期中、学期末有计划地开展医学清单制联合线上即时性阶段化教与学双向评价。比较2017、2018级临床本科见习生期末考核成绩;分析2018级临床本科见习生对授课教师教学质量及科室带教质量的评价;分析授课教师对2018级临床本科见习生质量的评价。结果2018级见习生的期末理论、技能考核成绩均明显高于2017级,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2018级见习生对授课教师教学质量的评价结果显示,得分最高项目为教师出勤、教姿教态端正、言行文明和注重医学生人文素养培养,得分最低项目为实践教学方法创新灵活以及自主阅读文献、科研思维能力培养。2018级见习生对科室带教质量的评价结果显示,评价最高的项目为临床科室对教学工作重视,评价最低的项目为见习生专科查体等亲自动手操作,其次为见习与实习转形期衔接培训。授课教师对2018级见习生评价中得分最高项目为医学人文素养、医德医风和学习态度,得分最低项目为临床诊疗思维能力。结论将医学清单制联合线上即时性阶段化教与学双向评价贯穿在全学年教学过程中,通过清单式评学、评教、评管以及追踪销项管理,有效弥补了传统单向教学评价模式的不足,能够促进师生同步成长,为搭建基地医院特色化教学质控体系提供一定的理论依据。Objective To explore the application effect of medical list system combined with online instant staged two-way evaluation of teaching and learning on clinical undergraduate teaching management in base hospitals.Methods A total of 100 students(50 cases in the 2017 grade and the 2018 grade)and 20 teaching teachers from the clinical undergraduate probationary class of Hanzhong Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The 2017 grade was carried out one-way teaching evaluation at the end of the semester;the 2018 grade was carried out the medical list system combined with online instant staged two-way evaluation of teaching and learning in a planned way at the beginning,middle and end of the semester.The final examination results of the 2017 and 2018 grades of clinical undergraduate interns were compared;the evaluation of the 2018 grade clinical undergraduate interns on the teaching quality of the teachers and the department were analyzed;the evaluation of quality of the 2018 grade clinical undergraduate interns by the teachers was analyzed.Results The final theory and skill assessment scores in the 2018 grade interns were significantly higher than those in the 2017 grade,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation results of the 2018 grade interns on the teaching quality of teachers showed that the highest scoring items were teacher attendance,correct teaching attitude and civilized words and deeds and focus on the cultivation of medical students'humanistic quality,and the lowest scoring items were the innovation and flexibility of practical teaching methods,independent reading of literature and the cultivation of scientific research thinking ability.The evaluation results of the 2018 grade interns on the teaching quality of the department showed that the highest evaluation item was the clinical department attaches great importance to teaching work,the lowest evaluation items were hands-on operation such as physical examination of interns,a
