摘 要:目的了解芜湖市三级甲等医院护士职业价值观和工作投入现状及其相关关系,为提升护理服务质量提供参考。方法2019年9—11月,采用便利取样法对芜湖市4所三级甲等医院1545名护士采用一般资料调查表、护士职业价值观量表和Utrecht工作投入量表(Utrecht work engagement scale,UWES)开展问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果护士职业价值观得分M(P25,P75)为3.46(3.00,3.96)分,工作投入得分为4.11(3.67,4.67)分;不同月收入及工作科室临床护士职业价值观得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同年龄、工龄、月收入、学历、技术职称及工作科室的临床护士工作投入得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护士职业价值观与工作投入呈正相关(r=0.456,P<0.01)。结论芜湖市三级甲等医院护士职业价值观与工作投入处于中等偏上水平,职业价值观程度越高其工作投入度越高,可通过提高护士职业价值观以促进其更好地投入工作。Objective To understand the status quo of professional values and work engagement among nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Wuhu City,analyze their correlation,and provide reference for improving the quality of nursing service.Methods From September to November in 2019,1545 nurses were collected from four grade-A tertiary hospitals of Wuhu City by the convenient sampling method,and were investigated with general information questionnaire,nurses’professional values scale and Utrecht work engagement scale(UWES),and analyzed the data.Results The score[M(P25,P75)]of nurses’professional values and work engagement was 3.46(3.00,3.96)and 4.11(3.67,4.67)points respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of professional values among clinical nurses in different monthly income and working departments(both P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the scores of work engagement among clinical nurses in different age,length of service,monthly income,educational background,technical title and working departments(all P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between nurses’professional values and work engagement(r=0.456,P<0.01).Conclusion The professional values and work engagement of nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Wuhu City are in upper middle level,the higher the degree of professional values,the higher the degree of work engagement,and the nurses can be promoted to work better by improving their professional values.
