摘　　要：目的了解上海市消化内镜护士的职业防护知识、态度、行为现状,分析其影响因素。方法2021年2月抽取上海市16家医院227名消化内镜护士为研究对象,采用消化内镜室护士职业防护知信行调查问卷,通过问卷星形式开展调查,并对数据进行分析。结果上海市消化内镜室护士职业防护知识、态度和行为得分分别为(14.96±1.29)(96.59±6.38)和(96.81±11.19)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄是消化内镜护士职业防护态度的主要影响因素(B=-1.407,P<0.05),是否接受过防护培训、工作强度是否满意是消化内镜室护士职业防护行为的主要影响因素(B=-9.463、-3.827,均P<0.05)。结论临床工作中需进一步加强消化内镜护士职业防护培训,提高自我防护意识,降低职业暴露风险,保障护士的执业安全。Objective To investigate the status of knowledge,attitude and behavior of occupational protection among digestive endoscopy nurses in Shanghai,analyze the influencing factors.Methods Totally 227 digestive endoscopy nurses from 16 hospitals in Shanghai were selected as the research objects in February 2021.The questionnaire of knowledge,attitude and behavior of occupational protection among digestive endoscopy nurses was adopted,the survey was performed by the Questionnaire Star,and analyzed the data.Results The score of knowledge,attitude and behavior of occupational protection among digestive endoscopy nurses in Shanghai was(14.96±1.29),(96.59±6.38)and(96.81±11.19)points,respectively.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age was the main influencing factor of attitude of occupational protection among digestive endoscopy nurses(B=-1.407,P<0.05),while whether they have received protection training and satisfied with the work intensity were the influencing factor of behavior of occupational protection(B=-9.463,-3.827,both P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the occupational protection training among digestive endoscopy nurses in clinical work,improve the awareness of selfprotection,reduce the risk of occupational exposure,and ensure the occupational safety of nurses.
