摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除(LCS)联合胆总管切开胆道镜取石(CTC)、T管引流术(TTD)治疗胆总管结石(CBDS)对患者肠道功能及生活质量的影响.方法选择天津市静海区医院2016年1月-2020年12月收治的80例CBDS患者为对象,根据手术方法分成对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40).对照组用开腹手术,观察组用LCS联合CTC、TTD.记录患者术后肠鸣音、肛门排气和排便、进食等胃肠功能指标恢复情况.用WHOQOL-100评分评价患者术前术后的生活质量有无差别.结果观察组患者术后肠鸣音、肛门排气、排便和进食时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组的WHOQOL-100评分高于术前,观察组的WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论LCS联合CTC、TTD对CBDS患者的治疗效果显著,术后患者的肠道功能短时间内恢复,生活质量逐渐改善.Objective To investigate the eects of laparnsopie choleystectomy(LCS)combined with choledochotomy choledochoscopie lithotomy(CTC)and T-tube drainage(TTD)on intestinal funetion and quality of life in patients with common bile duct stones(CBDS).Methods 80 patients with CBDs treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the operation method.The recovery of gastrointestinal function indexes such as bowel sound,anal exhausl,defecation and eating were recorded.W H0Q0L-100 score was used for evaluation.Results The postoperative bowel sounds,anal exhaust,defecation and eating time were quite different(P<0.05);the WH0QOL-100 score of the two groups after operation was higher than that before operation,and the W HOQOL-100 score of the two groups in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclus ion LCS combined with CTC and TTD is efective in the treatment of patients with CBDs.The intestinal function of paients recovered in a short time and the quality of life improved gradally.
