摘 要:目的了解陕西省某三级甲等医院护士述情障碍与隐性缺勤的现状及相关性,为医院管理者制定相关管理策略提供一定依据。方法2021年8—9月,采用一般资料调查表、多伦多述情障碍量表、隐性缺勤量表中文版对陕西省某三级甲等医院263名护士进行电子问卷调查,并分析相关数据。结果陕西省某三级甲等医院263名护士述情障碍总得分为(52.49±3.49)分,处于中等水平,描述情感障碍得分为(12.70±1.77)分,识别情感障碍得分为(16.89±3.13)分,外向性思维得分为(22.91±2.89)分;隐性缺勤量表总得分为(16.89±3.00)分。单因素分析结果表明,不同年龄、职称、文化程度、有无子女、平均每月夜班次数和平均每月加班次数的护士隐性缺勤得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);平均每月夜班次数不同的护士在识别情感障碍维度层面的得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,述情障碍及各维度与隐性缺勤之间均呈正相关(r=0.009~0.448,均P<0.05);多元回归分析结果显示,职称、平均每月加班次数、平均每月夜班次数及述情障碍各维度均为隐性缺勤的影响因素,可解释总变异的32.10%。结论述情障碍与隐性缺勤之间呈正相关,随着述情障碍水平的升高隐性缺勤问题会越严重。Objective To explore the status and correlation of alexithymia and presenteeism among nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Shaanxi Province,provide the basis for hospital managers to formulate relevant management strategies.Methods From August to September 2021,an electronic questionnaire survey was conducted among 263 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Shaanxi Province by using the general information questionnaire,20-item Toronto alexithymia scale,and the Chinese version of Stanford presenteeism scale(SPS-6),and relevant data were analyzed.Results The total scores of alexithymia among 263 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Shaanxi Province were(52.49±3.49)points,which was at a moderate level.The scores of each dimension of alexithymia were(12.70±1.77)points for describing affective disorder,(16.89±3.13)points for identifying affective disorder,and(22.91±2.89)points for extraverted thinking.The scores of the Chinese version of Stanford presenteeism scale were(16.89±3.00)points.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of presenteeism among nurses with different age,professional title,education level,children,average number of night shifts per month,average number of overtime work per month(all P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the score of identifying affective disorder among nurses with different average number of night shifts per month(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the alexithymia and its dimension were positively correlated with presenteeism(r=0.009-0.448,all P<0.05).The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that the professional title,average number of overtime per month,average number of night shifts per month,and the scores of all dimensions of alexithymia were the influencing factors of presenteeism,which explained 32.10%of the total variation.Conclusion There is a positive correlation between alexithymia and presenteeism,and the problem of presenteeism wi
