安徽省本科护士心理资本与职业生命质量的关系分析

摘　　要：目的了解安徽省本科护士的心理资本和职业生命质量的现状及其影响因素,分析两者的相关性。方法采用方便抽样,2019年7月使用护士心理资本问卷和工作相关生活质量量表对360名本科护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果本科护士心理资本得分为(87.49±13.28)分,不同工作年限和职称的护士心理资本得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。职业生命质量得分为(113.22±13.54)分,不同婚姻状态和医院级别的护士职业生命质量得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。本科护士心理资本和职业生命质量总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.164~0.558,均P<0.01)。结论安徽省本科护士心理资本及职业生命质量处于中等水平,心理资本越好其职业生命质量越高。护理管理者应重视本科护士的心理资本,提高其职业生命质量。Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of psychological capital and quality of professional life among undergraduate nurses in Anhui Province,analyze the correlation between them.Methods Using the convenience sampling,360 undergraduate nurses were surveyed in July 2019 with the nurses’psychological capital questionnaire and work-related quality of life scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of psychological capital among undergraduate nurses was(87.49±13.28)points,and there were statistically significant differences in score of psychological capital among nurses with different working years and professional title(all P<0.05).The score of quality of professional life was(113.22±13.54)points,and there were statistically significant differences in score of occupational quality of life among nurses with different marital status and hospital level(all P<0.05).The total score and each dimension score of psychological capital were positively correlated with the total score and each dimension score of quality of professional life in undergraduate nurses(r=0.164-0.558,all P<0.01).Conclusions The score of psychological capital and quality of professional life in undergraduate nurses of Anhui Province are at the middle level,and the better the psychological capital,the higher the quality of professional life.Nursing managers should pay attention to the improvement of nurses’psychological capital to promote the improvement of quality of professional life for nurses.
