摘　　要：近年来我国克罗恩病的发病率和患病率不断上升, 心理因素与克罗恩病之间的相互作用日益受到关注。克罗恩病患者合并焦虑、抑郁不良情绪的发生率明显高于健康人群。另外, 随着医学诊疗技术的提高, 脑功能成像技术在克罗恩病的诊断和治疗中日益发挥出不可或缺的作用, 其为研究心理因素与克罗恩病相关机制的关系提供了新思路。本文对克罗恩病患者合并焦虑和抑郁状态及克罗恩病的脑功能成像特点研究进展作一综述, 为克罗恩病的诊治提供新的思路。In recent years,the incidence and prevalence of Crohn′s disease in China have been increasing,and the interaction between psychological factors and Crohn′s disease has attracted increasing attention.Studies have shown that the incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with Crohn′s disease is significantly higher than that in healthy people.In addition,with the development of medical diagnosis and treatment technology,functional brain imaging technology is increasingly playing an indispensable role in the diagnosis and treatment of Crohn′s disease,which provides some new ideas for the study of the interaction between psychological factors and Crohn′s disease.This article reviews the situation of anxiety and depression in patients with Crohn′s disease and the research progress of functional brain imaging characteristics in Crohn′s disease,so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of Crohn′s disease.
