摘　　要：椎体血管瘤是脊柱常见肿瘤之一,通常椎体血管瘤并不会导致症状的出现,但也会有相当一部分人出现局部疼痛及神经症状,针对这部分患者,临床上并未形成统一的治疗意见。因此,本文通过文献回顾学习及理论探讨,对症状性椎体血管瘤的诊治新进展进行综述,并拟定出症状性血管瘤的诊疗流程,希望为临床上症状性椎体血管瘤的治疗提供借鉴。Vertebral hemangioma is one of the common tumors of the spine.Usually,vertebral hemangioma has no manifestations of the symptoms,but there are still a considerable number of patients experiencing the local pain and neurological symptoms.Till now,there is no stanadard guideline for the clinical treatment of the patients with symptoms.In this article,the diagnosis and treatment process of symptomatic hemangioma was drawn up through literature review and theoretical discussion,and it is expected to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of symptomatic vertebral hemangioma in the future.
