中医推拿流派“一指禅推拿”英译名探究

摘　　要：一指禅推拿流派是中医推拿的重要学术流派,其命名含义深刻,展现了该流派的学术特色和文化内涵。随着中医药国际化的发展,一指禅推拿也迈出了“走出去”的步伐,急需一个体现其学术特色和文化内涵的规范英译名,但鲜有资料文献涉及该流派名的英译,且现存译法较为混乱。基于“一指禅推拿”释义,通过对该术语的现存译法进行整理、归类和分析,继而秉承中医基本名词术语英译的民族性原则,探讨融通中外的“一指禅推拿”英译名,助力一指禅推拿流派的国际传播。One-finger-chan tuina,an important tuina school of TCM,has profound implications in its name,showing its academic characteristics and cultural connotations.With the international development of TCM,one-finger-chan tuina has also taken the step of“going abroad”and is in urgent need of a standardized English translation that reflects its academic characteristics and cultural connotations.However,there are few materials concerning its English translation,and the existing translations are confusing.Based on the meaning of“one-finger-chan tuina”,this paper collates,classifies and analyzes the existing translations of this term,and then follows the principle of nationality in the English translation of basic TCM terms to explore a shared English translation of“one-finger-chan tuina”,so as to promote its international dissemination.
