利培酮结合心理行为疗法治疗精神分裂症合并失眠的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨利培酮结合心理行为疗法治疗精神分裂症合并失眠患者的疗效。方法选择茂名市第三人民医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的精神分裂症合并失眠患者89例,采用随机数字法分为对照组44例与研究组45例。对照组给予利培酮片治疗,研究组给予利培酮片结合心理行为疗法治疗。比较两组治疗1个月后的临床症状、睡眠质量改善情况。结果治疗1个月后,研究组一般精神症状、阴性症状、阳性症状、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠效率及日间功能评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利培酮结合心理行为疗法能显著改善精神分裂症合并失眠患者的临床症状及睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of risperidone combined with psychological behavior therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia with insomnia.Methods A total of 89 schizophrenic patients with insomnia in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Using random number method,they were divided into control group and study group.Forty-four patients in the control group were treated with risperidone tablets,and 45 patients in the study group were treated with risperidone tablets combined with psycho-behavioral therapy.The clinical symptoms and sleep quality of the two groups were compared before and 1 month after treatment.Results After one month of treatment,the general mental symptoms,negative symptoms,positive symptoms,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency and daytime function scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with psychological behavior therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and sleep quality of patients with schizophrenia and insomnia,which is worthy of application and promotion.
