青春中期女性健康状况和性别角色冲突的相关性调查

摘　　要：目的探讨青春中期女性健康状况和性别角色冲突的相关性,为提高青春中期女性健康状况提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽取的方式,2019年10—11月在河南省3个地级市对1144例初中女生进行调查。采用问卷调查法对其进行调查。分析青春中期女性健康状况及其与性别角色冲突的相关性。结果青春中期女性的心理健康问题检出率为24.48%。青春中期女性的健康问卷各因子和总分在年级、家庭关系及师生关系差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。户籍不同、与同学关系不同的女生在焦虑担忧、抑郁及问卷总分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。父母期待非常高的女生在抑郁因子上得分显著高于父母期待较高的女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别角色冲突与健康问卷总分和各因子均呈显著的正相关(r=0.256~0.524,均P<0.01)。性别角色冲突的工作-家庭冲突(β=0.307~0.108,P<0.01)、限制性情感(β=0.232,P<0.01)、成功、权力及竞争(β=0.108,P<0.01)3个因子对青春中期女性的健康有显著正向预测作用。结论改善性别角色冲突,有助于促进青春中期女性健康状况的发展。Objective To explore health status of middle adolescence girls and the relationship between health and gender role conflict,provide a reference basis for improving health status of middle adolescence girls.Methods A total of 1144 girls from junior high school were investigated in 3 cities of Henan Province by cluster extraction from October to November in 2019.Results The detection rate of health problems in middle adolescence girls was 24.48%.The total score and each factor of GHQ-12 differed among grades,family relationships,relationships with teachers(all P<0.01);the score of GHQ-12,somatic symptoms,anxiety and worry differed among household registration and relationships with classmates(all P<0.05);the score of depression differed among parents’expectations(P<0.05).There were positive correlations between the total score and each factor of GRCS and GHQ-12(r=0.256-0.524,all P<0.01).Results of regression analysis showed that the total score of GHQ-12 was positively predicted by Work-family conflict(β=0.307,P<0.01),Restrictive Emotionality(β=0.232,P<0.01),Success,Power,Competition(β=0.108,P<0.01).Conclusion The improvement of gender role conflict can help to the health status of middle adolescence girls.
