摘　　要：在线Low-E&TCO膜层坚固耐用,不会氧化、方便加工、没有存储时限、在建筑和太阳能电池领域得到大量应用。基于镀膜原理和工艺流程,从镀膜生产所需原料及设备等方面介绍了在线Low-E&TCO的生产工艺及关键点,阐述了镀膜生产过程中对锡槽、退火窑及包装的工艺要求和注意事项。The online Low-E&TCO film is widely used in buildings and solar cells as it has the characteristics of durable,non-oxidized,easy to process and no limit of storage.Based on the principle and process,the production technology and key points of online low-E and TCO film are described from the aspects of raw materials and facilities required for the coating production,and the technical requirements and precautions for the tin bath,lehr and packaging in the coating process are discussed.
