摘　　要：职业教育适应性是职业教育为应对外部环境需求和变化而改变自身特性的状态和能力。职业教育适应性的基本内容是满足社会经济、政治、文化和科学技术的功能需求。新发展格局下,增强职业教育适应性的关键是主动满足经济发展“双循环”战略、社会主义民主政治、社会主义文化、保障和改善民生水平的需求;增强职业教育适应性的路径包括:构建完善的职业教育与培训体系;优化制度体系;推进产教融合的深化。The adaptability of vocational education is the state and ability of vocational education to change its own characteristics according to the needs and changes of the external environment.The basic contents of vocational education adaptability is to meet the functional needs of social economy,politics,culture,science and technology;the key to the adaptability of the new era is to actively meet the needs of the“double cycle”strategy of economic development,socialist democratic politics,socialist culture,and ensuring and improving the level of people’s livelihood.The ways to enhance the adaptability of vocational education in China include:constructing a perfect vocational education and training system,optimizing the institutional system,and promoting the deepening of industry-education integration.
