摘 要:以扁桃酸为催化剂,催化α-蒎烯与水反应直接合成松油醇。以乙酸为助剂,磷酸为助催化剂,探究了各因素对蒎烯转化率和松油醇选择性的影响。通过正交试验和单因素试验,得到了较优的反应条件:蒎烯∶乙酸∶水∶扁桃酸∶磷酸的质量比为10∶24∶10∶0.8∶0.5,反应时间12 h,反应温度70℃。此条件下,α-蒎烯的转化率为96.6%,α-松油醇的选择性为43.5%。反应后的酸水和催化剂可重复使用,为松油醇的绿色合成提供一种方法。This article focused on the direct synthesis of pinoresinol catalyzed by the reaction ofα-pinene with water using mandelic acid as a catalyst.The effects of various factors on the conversion of pinene and the selectivity of pinoresinol were investigated with acetic acid as an auxiliary and phosphoric acid as a co-catalyst.Through the orthogonal test and single-factor experiment,a better reaction condition was obtained:the mass ratio of pinene∶acetic acid∶water∶mandelic acid∶phosphoric acid was 10∶24∶10∶0.8∶0.5,the reaction time was 12 h,and the reaction temperature was 70℃.The conversion ofα-pinene was 96.6%and the selectivity ofα-pinoresinol was 43.5%under these conditions.The acid water and catalyst after the reaction can be reused to provide a method for the green synthesis of pinoresinol.
