摘  要:近年来,参数化设计技术在设计领域内的应用越来越流行,但在家具设计领域鲜有应用。探索了如何应用参数化设计技术进行家具方案设计,再使用日益发展成熟的3D打印技术完成样品制作。以Grasshopper软件为例,对家具设计中参数化技术的应用方法进行了探索,并结合3D打印技术对设计实例进行了加工制作。总结出了家具领域内应用参数化技术进行设计并应用3D打印技术进行制造的初步方法,并完成了“NEST”儿童座椅的制作。实践证明,参数化建模技术和3D打印技术相结合可以拓展参数化设计在家具设计制造领域内的用途。随着3D打印技术和木质打印材料的进一步成熟,这将成为一种重要的设计制造模式,尤其将在个人家具定制领域得到更为广泛的应用。Parametric design is becoming more popular and widely used in the field of design,but it is seldom used in the field of furniture design.In this study,how to use the new and efficient parametric design technology was explored,which overturned the traditional design mindset,to design and then use the 3D printing technology,which was closely integrated with the parametric technology,then to complete the manufacturing.Taking Grasshopper software as an example,the application of parametric technology in furniture design was explored,and combined with 3D printing technology to produce the design examples.Finally,the preliminary method of applying parametric technology for design and 3D printing technology for manufacturing in the field of furniture was concluded,and the production of"NEST"child seat was completed.With the further maturity of 3D printing technology,it will become a very important design and manufacturing mode,and will be more widely used especially in the field of individual furniture customization.
