吞咽八针联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨吞咽八针联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院康复科收治的76例脑卒中后合并吞咽困难患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,各38例。两组均给予基础治疗、康复训练,观察组在此基础上予以吞咽八针治疗,比较两组治疗前后标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分、吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分、临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组SSA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SWAL-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.1%,高于对照组的73.7%(P<0.05)。两组治疗安全性比较差异无统计学意义。结论吞咽八针联合康复训练对进一步改善脑卒中后的吞咽困难疗效显著,具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of swallowing eight needles combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 76 patients with dysphagia after stroke who were admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment and rehabilitation training,the observation group was treated with eight needle swallowing on this basis,the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)score and the swallowing quality of life scale(SWAL-QOL)score before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and safety of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the SSA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SWAL-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.1%,which was higher than 73.7%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the safety of the treatment methods between the two groups.Conclusion Swallowing eight needles combined with rehabilitation training has good effect on further improving dysphagia after stroke,it has high safety.
