阿加曲班联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗进展性脑卒中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价阿加曲班联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗进展性脑卒中的效果。方法70例进展性脑卒中患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者采用阿加曲班治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上辅助丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗。对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评分量表(ADL)评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率97.14%高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS评分低于治疗前、ADL评分高于治疗前,且观察组患者的NIHSS评分(5.50±1.20)分低于对照组的(10.80±2.20)分、ADL评分(83.50±5.50)分高于对照组的(74.50±4.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上采取阿加曲班联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗进展性脑卒中患者可以促进其神经功能、日常生活能力改善,预后效果理想。Objective To evaluate the effect of argatroban combined with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in the treatment of progressive stroke.Methods A total of 70 patients with progressive stroke were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with argatroban,and patients in the observation group were additionally treated with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),and activities of daily living(ADL)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate 97.14%of the observation group was higher than 71.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the ADL scores were higher than those of this group before treatment;the NIHSS score(5.50±1.20)points of the observation group was lower than(10.80±2.20)points of the control group,and the ADL score(83.50±5.50)points was higher than(74.50±4.50)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,the combined treatment of argatroban and butylphthalide sodium chloride injection can promote the improvement of neurological function and activities of daily living in patients with progressive stroke,and the prognosis of the treatment is ideal.
