摘  要:【目的】探明不同桑树品种的活性物质成分差异,筛选功能价值高的桑树品种,为促进桑叶资源的开发和科学利用提供参考。【方法】以35个桑树品种为研究对象,测定分析不同品种桑叶的总酚、总黄酮、多糖和1-脱氧野尻霉素含量差异,并采用隶属函数法对桑叶主要功能物质进行综合评价。【结果】不同品种桑叶活性成分存在明显差异,总酚、总黄酮、多糖和1-脱氧野尻霉素的平均含量分别为13.23 mg/g、34.18 mg/g、131.95 mg/g和1.34 mg/g。综合功能品质好(X>0.6)的桑树品种有越南桑、太平5号和渣莲1号等7个;差(X<0.4)的品种有剑持桑、桂花密和白色青等12个;一般(0.4<X<0.6)的品种有育237、大龙种和红皮瓦桑等16个。【结论】越南桑、太平5号、渣莲1号、吉梅4号、白果桑2号、团头荷叶白和小冠桑7个品种的综合功能品质好(X>0.6),适宜作为功能食药用品的原料进行推广种植。【Objective】In order to identify the differences in active ingredients of different mulberry varieties and screen out mulberry varieties with high function value, and provide a scientific basis for the further development and scientific utilization of mulberry leaves.【Method】Thirty-five mulberry cultivars are used as the research objects. The differences in the contents of total phenols, total flavonoids, polysaccharides and 1-deoxynojirimycin in mulberry leaves of different cultivars are determined and analyzed, and the main functional substances of mulberry leaves from various cultivars are comprehensively evaluated by membership function.【Result】There are significant differences in the active ingredients of mulberry leaves of different varieties. The contents of total phenols, total flavonoids, polysaccharides and 1-deoxynojirimycin are 13.23 mg/g, 34.18 mg/g, 131.95 mg/g and 1.34 mg/g, respectively. Seven mulberry varieties with good comprehensive functional quality(X>0.6) include Vietnam Sang, Taiping 5 and Zhalian 1, etc. Twelve mulberry varieties with poor quality(X<0.4) include Jianchi Sang, Guihuami and Baiseqing, etc. The other sixteen varieties with average quality(0.4<X<0.6) include Yu 237, Dalongzhong and Hongpi Wasang, etc.【Conclusion】The seven varieties with good comprehensive function and quality of mulberry leaves(X>0.6) are Vietnam Sang, Taiping 5, Zhalian 1, Jimei 4, Baiguosang 2, Tuantou Heyebai, Xiaoguan Sang, which are suitable for popularized cultivation as raw materials for functional food and medicine.
