摘　　要：目的通过构建全资源智慧管理平台,对医院所有资源的使用效率与作业消耗进行精细化管理,继而为智慧医疗、科学运营决策提供支撑。方法运用大数据方法,采用数据集成技术,将业务建模和数据建模运用于数据资产管理、全成本核算、临床路径管理等方面。结果实现了全资源智慧管理平台构建,实时展现资源消耗与业务效率指标,为医院管理者合理调配资源与优化业务流程提供决策依据。结论全资源智慧管理平台能提升资源的配置与使用效率,其中数据的可获取性和数据质量至关重要。Objective By building a full resource intelligent management platform,the use efficiency and operation consumption of all resources in the hospital are finely managed,so as to provide support for intelligent medical treatment and scientific operation decision-making.Methods Using big data method and data integration technology,business modeling and data modeling were applied to data asset management,full cost accounting,clinical pathway management and so on.Results The full resource intelligent management platform was constructed,which could display real time indicators of resource consumption and business efficiency,and provided decision-making basis for hospital managers to reasonably allocate resources and optimize business process.Conclusion The full resource intelligent management platform can improve the allocation and use efficiency of resources,given the crucial availability and quality of data.
