摘　　要：目的分析我国医院高质量发展的边界与内涵,厘清医院智慧运营管理在促进医院高质量发展中的作用机理,以及我国医院智慧运营管理的实施策略。方法以医院信息化和临床信息化为基础,运用卫生经济学理论,利用大数据、人工智能、物联网等技术,把数据、信息转化为知识与决策,提高医院内部及区域医疗资源的配置效率、效果。结果医院智慧运营管理体系的建立,优化了运营管理流程和医疗服务流程,实现了医疗资源全要素精细化管理,提升了医疗服务水平。结论结合我国医院发展实情,分类、分层、分阶段推进我国医院智慧运营管理建设,发挥其促进医院高质量发展和医疗生态圈可持续发展的重要作用,实现健康中国战略。Objective Analyzing the boundary and connotation of high-quality hospital development in China,to clarify the mechanism of hospital intelligent operation management in promoting high-quality hospital development,and to provide the strategy of implementation of hospital intelligent operation management in China.Methods Using the theory of health economics and technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and Internet of things,based on hospital informatization and clinical informatization,to transform data and information into knowledge and decision-making,in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the allocation of medical resources within the hospital and the region.Result The establishment of hospital intelligent operation management system optimized the operation management process and medical service process,refined the management of all elements of medical resources,and improved medical services.Conclusion Combining the actual situation of hospital development in China,to promote the construction of hospital intelligent operation management in a categorized,graded and phased manner,to enhance the high-quality development of hospitals and the sustainable development of the medical ecosystem,to realize the Health China strategy.
