摘　　要：目的建立电子健康档案(EHR)互联互通管理模型,用于具体分析EHR互联互通面临的阻力,以及确定未来研究方向和重点。方法将信息系统六阶段模型引入电子健康档案(EHR)互联互通运行机制研究中,在此基础上结合EHR互联互通建设过程中相关参与者的特征,对各个阶段中各参与者的相互关系、面临的技术障碍等进行全面分析。结果建立了包括初始、采纳、适应、接受、常规化和融合6个阶段的EHR互联互通管理模型。结论六阶段模型对每个阶段中相关参与者的地位、功能进行了重新定位,下一步应避免建设过程中的技术障碍,特别重视不同参与者的利益诉求,促进多元主体高效协作以促成EHR互联互通。Objective Establish the electronic health record(EHR)interconnection management model to specifically analyze the resistance faced by EHR interconnection and identify future research priorities.Methods The six-stage model of the information system is introduced into the research on the interconnection and interoperability mechanism of electronic health records(EHR).On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the relevant participants in the EHR interconnection construction process,a comprehensive analysis of the interrelationships and technical obstacles faced by each participant in each stage is carried out.Results An EHR interconnection management model is established,including 6 stages of initiation,adoption,adaptation,acceptance,normalization and integration Conclusion The six-stage model has repositioned the status and functions of the relevant participants in each stage.The next step should be to avoid technical obstacles in the construction process,pay attention to the interests of different participants,and promote efficient collaboration among multiple subjects to facilitate EHR interconnection.
