基于新生儿电子健康卡主索引的住院分娩数据利用探索

摘　　要：目的通过新生儿电子健康卡,实现住院分娩数据的自动提取、上报和信息共享。方法构建新生儿电子健康卡主索引,实现新生儿出生即开卡,将健康档案追溯到生命周期的最前端。对分娩直报信息进行数据结构化分解,以新生儿电子健康卡主索引,结合新生儿母亲身份证件号形成数据匹配条件,实现业务数据汇总。结果基于新生儿电子健康卡主索引架构,实现住院分娩数据的电子化提取,上报过程无纸化;实现疫苗接种系统中的新生儿分娩信息扫码追溯;实现移动护理系统的患者信息扫码准入;实现新生儿健康档案和就诊档案的数据区域共享。结论基于新生儿电子健康卡主索引的住院分娩数据利用,提高了病区数据上报的便捷性、区域内数据交互的共享性和疫苗接种的安全性,提升了护理工作水平。Objective Through the electronic health card of newborn,the automatic extraction,reporting and information sharing of hospital delivery data are realized.Methods The main index of the electronic health card of newborn is constructed to open the card at birth and trace the health records to the front end of the life cycle.The data of the direct delivery information was structured and decomposed,combining the main index of the electronic health card of the newborn with the ID number of the mother,which realizes the data matching and operation data collection.Results Based on the main index structure of neonatal electronic health card,the electronic extraction of hospital delivery data is realized,and the reporting process is paperless.It can realize the scanning and tracing of neonatal delivery information in vaccination system,the access of patient information scanning code in mobile nursing system,and the regional sharing of neonatal health records and medical records.Conclusion The utilization of inpatient delivery based onthe main index of neonatal electronic health card improves the convenience of ward data reporting,the sharing of regional data interaction and the safety of vaccination,and reduces the redundancy of ward nursing work.
