摘　　要：目的为推动医院各项重点工作的有效落实,探索建立基于信息系统的督办工作体系,以期为提高工作效率和执行力提供有益参考。方法通过设计基于信息系统的多元追踪落实功能模块,实现各类会议决议全覆盖,任务进度实时更新、自动提醒,以及任务完成情况一键统计等多项功能,并在此基础上对医院各项重点工作进行实时追踪、督办和考核。结果信息系统在督办管理中的实际应用,可以有效扩大督办事项范围,缩短任务完成时间,提高工作效率和完成率,提供执行力量化指标作为考核依据。结论基于信息系统的督办工作新模式可以优化医院管理督办机制和流程,提高精细化管理水平和效率,从而为医院发展提供支撑。Objective To explore the supervision work system based on the information system and to provide a good reference for promoting the effective implementation of priorities work of the hospital and improving work efficiency and executive ability.Methods Through the design of multiple follow-up implementation module in the information system,full coverage of various conference resolutions,real-time updates of task progress,high-intensity automatic reminders,and one-click calculation of task completion were achieved.On this basis,the priorities of the hospital were tracked in real time,supervised,and assessed.Results The application of the information system in supervision management can effectively extend the scope of supervised matters,reduce the task completion time,improve the efficiency of work completion,providing an important basis for the assessment of executive ability.Conclusion The new model of supervision based on the information system can optimize the mechanism and process of supervision,improve the hospital’s refined management level and work efficiency,and push forward the development of the hospital.
