常态化COVID-19疫情防控下对儿科急诊医学人文关怀的思考和建议

摘　　要：常态化新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控对儿科急诊医患沟通提出新的挑战,引发人们对儿科急诊医学人文关怀进行深入思考。该文分析儿科疾病的特征和儿科急诊分诊疾病去向,梳理患儿及其家长的身心特点,对常态化疫情防控下儿科急诊医患沟通进行深入的思考。在COVID-19这一重大突发公共卫生事件下,面对急需救治的患儿及焦急的家长,根据防控要求,在儿科绿色通道、儿科急诊和院前进行医患沟通,其内容应各有侧重,根据不同年龄段患儿心理特点和病情开展医学人文关怀,并对患儿家长进行心理支持治疗。医疗机构在突发公共卫生事件发生时也要重视一线医务工作者的心理健康。常态化疫情防控大背景下,在儿科急诊加强对患儿及家长的心理支持,开展有效的医患沟通,重视自身医学人文素质培养,是疫情下儿科急诊医疗工作的重要保障。The normalization of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)pandemic prevention and control has brought new challenges to the communication between doctors and patients in pediatric emergency medicine,which has led to in-depth thinking on the humanistic care of pediatric emergency medicine.We analyzed the characteristics of pediatric diseases and the whereabouts of pediatric emergency triage diseases,sorted out the physical and mental characteristics of children and their parents,and conducted in-depth thinking on the communication between pediatric emergency doctors and patients.Under the major public health emergency of COVID-19,in the face of children who are in urgent need of treatment and anxious parents,according to the requirements of prevention and control,doctor-patient communication should be conducted in the pediatric green channel,in pediatric emergency department,and before the hospitalization.With emphasis,according to the psychological characteristics and conditions of children of different ages,medical humanistic care is carried out,and psychological support treatment is provided to the parents of children.Medical institutions should pay attention to the mental health of front-line medical staff during public health emergencies.Under the background of normalized COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control,strengthening psychological support for children and their parents in pediatric emergency department,carrying out effective doctor-patient communication,and attaching importance to the cultivation of their own medical humanistic quality are important guarantees for pediatric emergency medical work.
