摘  要:机械制造工艺学在高等学校机械工程专业课程体系中占有重要的地位,具有综合性强、理论性强、实践性和应用性强等特点。然而采用传统的课堂授课教学方法往往事倍功半,学生无法深入掌握理论知识并应用于实践。基于此,文章开展以学生为主体、教师为主导的“项目教学法”创新人才培养模式教学改革与实践。构建以“零件制造工艺规程及夹具设计”为主题的项目实施路线;建立基于过程的、综合考核学生知识、能力、素质的层次化分级教学评价标准,形成以产出为导向、量化可控、多路反馈的能力达成度精准评价体系。历经6年实践,形成了丰富的项目教学案例库,学生项目得分率明显优于传统的期末驱动教学。The course of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology plays an important role in the course system of mechanical engineering in colleges and universities,which characterized by high comprehensiveness,theory,practicality and application.However,the teaching method of classroom teaching can not mobilize students'interest in learning,which leads to students'lack of active learning and teamwork learning ability.Therefore,this paper carried out the teaching reform and practice of the innovative talent training mode of"project teaching method"with students as the main body and teachers as the leading role.The project implementation route based on the theme of"parts manufacturing process regulation and fixture design"are constructed.A process-based hierarchical teaching evaluation standard for comprehensive assessment of students'knowledge,ability and quality has been established,forming an output-oriented,quantifiable,controllable and multi-channel feedback accurate evaluation system for ability achievement.After six years of practice,a wealth of project teaching case database has been formed.The statistical results of students'project score rate show that the talent cultivation effect of project teaching is obviously better than the traditional end-of-term driven teaching.
