摘 要:本研究介绍了智能制造的概念和内涵,结合当前包装印刷企业智能制造的发展现状,详细论述了实施智能制造的难点和重点,提出了一条切实可行的实施路径和相应的解决策略,引导包装印刷企业沿着生产自动化、车间数字化和工厂智能化的发展路径,加快包装印刷企业的智能化转型升级。最后,阐述了智能制造的技术实现及在典型包装印刷企业的实施应用与成效,为行业内其他企业开展智能化升级提供借鉴与参考。The concept and connotation of intelligent manufacturing were introduced in this study.Combined with the current development status of intelligent manufacturing in packaging and printing enterprises,the difficulties and key points of implementing intelligent manufacturing were discussed in detail,and a feasible implementation path and corresponding solution strategies were proposed to guide packaging and printing enterprises.Along the development path of production automation,workshop digitization and factory intelligence,the intelligent transformation and upgrading of packaging and printing enterprises were accelerated.Finally,the realization of intelligent manufacturing technology and its application and effect in typical packaging and printing enterprises were described,which can be used for reference by other enterprises in the industry.
