水性树脂复配比对薄膜柔版表印水性油墨配方优化研究

摘　　要：为了制备具有优异印刷适性的薄膜柔版表印水性油墨,本研究通过调整水分散型丙烯酸树脂WT1、WU2及水溶性丙烯酸树脂SGRW-3335在薄膜柔版表印水性油墨中的复配比,制得薄膜柔版表印水性油墨,并研究其性能。结果表明,当WT1与WU2的质量比为1∶2时,制备的样品X4具备优异的附着牢度、耐划伤性能及耐摩擦性能,但存在细度大且复溶性差的问题;因此,在样品X4配方基础上与水溶性丙烯酸树脂GRW-3335复配,以减小薄膜柔版表印水性油墨的细度,提高复溶性。柔版表印水墨中WT1、WU2及水溶性丙烯酸树脂SGRW-3335的最佳复配比为15∶30∶9时,水性油墨的印刷适性最佳。In order to prepare water-based ink for film flexographic surface printing with excellent printability,the compounding ratio of water-dispersed acrylic resin WT1,WU2 and water-soluble acrylic resin SGRW-3335 was adjusted in this study.Water-based ink for film flexographic surface printing was got and performance of ink was analyzed.The results showed that when the mass ratio of water-dispersed acrylic resin WT1 and WU2 was 1:2,water-based ink for film flexographic surface printing sample X4 had excellent adhesion fastness,scratch resistance and friction resistance performance,while it had the problem of large fineness and poor resolubility.Therefore,for reducing the fineness and improving resolubility of water-based ink for films flexographic surface printing,sample X4 with basic formula was compounded with the water-soluble acrylic resin GRW-3335.When the compounding ratio of water-dispersed acrylic resin WT1,WU2 and water-soluble acrylic resin SGRW-3335 was 15:30:9,water-based ink for film flexographic surface printing had the best printability.
