手足徐动型脑瘫患儿家庭护理干预的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手足徐动型脑瘫患儿家庭护理干预的临床观察。方法按照随机数字表法将2018年1月—2020年12月医院收治的100例手足徐动型脑瘫患儿等均分为两组,分别以对照组与研究组来命名,各50例,对照组按照临床常规护理模式,研究组则实施以家庭为中心的护理干预模式,比较两组患儿干预后伴随症状情况、家属对护理措施的满意度,并调查两组患儿干预前后康复效果。结果干预后研究组患儿的伴随症状,包括进食障碍、语言障碍及听力障碍人数占比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前,两组功能发展、行为表现、自理能力、社交活动、注意力评分和总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组功能发展、行为表现、自理能力、社交活动、注意力评分和总分比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿家属满意度明显不及研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施家庭护理干预模式可显著提高手足徐动型脑瘫患儿的管理质量,有效改善患儿的临床症状,提高患儿生活质量,获得家长的一致认可,应用前景广阔。Objective To discuss the clinical value of home care in athetoid cerebral palsy children.Methods A total of 100 athetoid cerebral palsy children(from January 2018 to December 2020)in our hospital were assigned to control group(n=50)and research group(n=50)according to random number table.The control group was served with routine nursing;the research group was served with home care.After intervention,the complicated symptoms,family member’s satisfaction and children’s rehabilitation effects were compared.Results The number of children with complicated symptoms like eating disorders,language disorder and hearing disorder in the research group was significantly smaller than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before intervention,the functional development,behavioral expression,self-care ability,social activity and attention scores and overall scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,the functional development,behavioral expression,self-care ability,social activity and attention scores and overall scores in the research group were significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the family member’s satisfaction in the research group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The home care can improve the athetoid cerebral palsy children’s clinical symptoms and life quality as well as the family member’s recognition.It has broad application prospects in clinical use.
