摘 要:目的研究在乳腺癌护理教学中应用Sandwich教学法的效果。方法研究对象选取2018年10月—2019年10月的大连医科大学附属第二医院乳腺内科及乳腺外科护理专业实习的学生76名,双盲法将其分为对照组38名、观察组38名。将应用常规教学方法的学生作为本次研究的对照组,将在常规教学方法基础上应用Sandwich教学法的学生作为本次研究的观察组,比较2组学生的考试成绩、学习兴趣以及教学方法满意度。结果观察组考试成绩、学习兴趣以及教学方法满意度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌护理教学中应用Sandwich教学法效果显著。Objective To study the effect of applying Sandwich teaching method in the nursing teaching of breast cancer.Methods 76 nursing interns in department of breast medicine and department of breast surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were selected from October 2018 to October 2019.They were divided into control group(38 interns)and observation group(38 interns)by double-blind method.The students who applied conventional teaching methods were taken as the control group of this study,and the students who applied Sandwich teaching method on the basis of conventional teaching methods were taken as the observation group.The test scores,learning interest and teaching method satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The test scores,learning interest and teaching method satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Sandwich teaching method is effective in the nursing teaching of breast cancer.
