摘　　要：目的研究雷火灸配合超激光早期干预在面神经炎治疗上的效果以及对患者预后的影响。方法共选取2020年4月—2021年1月在佛山市南海区第六人民医院接受治疗的43例面神经炎患者作为主要对象,用随机数字表法将其分为2组。对照组22例患者予以超激光治疗,观察组21例患者运用雷火灸联合超激光治疗,比较2种治疗方法的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比2组患者的面神经功能均有所改善,且治疗后观察组面神经功能静态对称性评分较对照组低,随意运动对称性评分和对照组相比均相对较高,组间及组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在面神经炎的临床治疗上,运用雷火灸配合超激光的治疗方法可获得理想效果,不仅有利于患者面部运动功能的恢复,同时还有利于恢复受损面神经功能,总体优势显著,因此,此种治疗方法更值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective To study the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with ultra-laser early intervention in the treatment of facial neuritis and the influence on the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 43 patients with facial neuritis treated in Nanhai District Sixth People’s Hospital from April 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the main subjects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=22)was treated with super laser treatment,and the observation group(n=21)was treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with ultra-laser treatment.The clinical effects of the two treatment methods were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial nerve function was improved in both groups compared with before treatment,and the static symmetry score of facial nerve function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the voluntary movement symmetry score was relatively higher than that in the control group,and there were significant differences between groups and within groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of facial neuritis,the use of thunder fire moxibustion with ultra-laser treatment can achieve ideal results,not only conducive to the recovery of facial motor function of patients,but also conducive to the recovery of damaged facial nerve function,the overall advantage is significant,therefore,this treatment method is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
