舒络针刺法联合西药治疗老年患者失眠的随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的综合性评价舒络针法联合西药治疗老年患者神经衰弱性失眠的临床效果。方法选取自2019年7月—2020年7月于抚顺市中医院神经内科病房接受治疗的老年神经衰弱性失眠患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片口服治疗方案;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合自拟舒络针刺治疗方案。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、睡眠障碍评分及睡眠总时间变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候评分、睡眠障碍评分、总睡眠时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合针刺治疗方案可显著改善神经衰弱性失眠患者睡眠质量,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of Shuluo acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile neurasthenic insomnia.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,60 elderly patients with neurasthenic insomnia in Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with Deanxit oral treatment,and the experimental group(30 cases)was treated with Shuluo acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,sleep disorder score and total sleep time of 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,sleep disorder score and total sleep time of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Deanxit combined with acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with neurasthenic insomnia,has significant clinical effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
