摘  要:师承是最具有中医药特色的中医教育模式,也是医教协同最直接地体现。在充分利用“互联网+”优势,并遵循中医人才成长规律,在创新师承内涵和形式的基础上,创建“线上+线下”的师承平台,并配合建设传承生培养项目及师承资源库,以建立新师承的中医传承模式。新师承模式用于中医人才培养的不同阶段及中医学习评价和考核,以解决目前师承教育资源缺乏和师承教育质量下滑的问题。Master-apprentice is the most characteristic mode of traditional Chinese medicine education,and it is also the most direct embodiment of the coordination of traditional Chinese medicine education.On the basis of making full use of the advantages of the“Internet+”,following the growth rule of traditional Chinese medicine talents and innovating the connotation and form of master-apprentice,we create an“online+offline”master-apprentice platform,and build a succession mode of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the students’training projects and the resource base of teachers,in order to establish a new model of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.The new master-apprentice model is used in different stages of traditional Chinese medicine personnel training and traditional Chinese medicine learning evaluation and assessment to solve the problem of the lack of resources and the decline of the quality of teacher education.
