摘 要:为提高机采棉的采净率及降低其含杂率,以约翰迪尔7660型采棉机的压紧板间隙、作业速度及机采棉脱叶率作为试验因素进行正交试验,用综合评分方法对试验结果进行评优。结果显示:机采棉脱叶率对含杂率影响显著,采棉机压紧板间隙和作业速度对采净率影响显著,影响机采棉采收质量的各因素顺序为:作业速度>脱叶率>压紧板间隙。在机采棉脱叶率为90.3%,压紧板间隙为12mm,作业速度分别为3km·h^(-1)时,机采棉的采净率和含杂率分别为96.56%和8.55%,综合评分优于其他因素组合。In order to improve the collect rate of machine cotton and reduce the impurity content.The orthogonal test was carried out with John Deere 7660 cotton picker,and the test results were evaluated by comprehensive scoring method.Results showed that the defoliation rate had obvious effect on the impurity content.The clearance between the compression plate and the working speed had a significant effect on the collect rate.The order of the factors affecting the harvest quality of the machine was:operating speed>defoliation rate>Press the plate gap.When the rate of de-leafing of machine-made cotton is 90.3%,the gap between compression plates is 12mm,and the working speed is 3km·h^(-1),the collect rate and impurity ratio of machine-made cotton are 96.56%and 8.55%,respectively.The comprehensive score was superior to other factors.
