摘 要:将碳纤维(CF)作为增强相,与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行共混,制备舞蹈垫用HDPE/CF复合材料,并对其热稳定性、力学性能、摩擦性能以及阻燃性能进行研究。结果表明:4号样具有最佳的综合性能。4号样的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别为31.6 MPa和18.5 kJ/m^(2),摩擦系数为0.072,均优于纯HDPE的性能指标。4号样具有最佳的阻燃性能,极限氧指数(LOI)达到25.83%,燃烧等级为V-1级。4号样具有较好的减振性能,在拉伸和压缩恢复过程中的阻尼系数分别为0.066和0.42,远高于纯HDPE。HDPE/CF复合材料具有优良的力学性能以及减振性,可以有效用于舞蹈垫材料。Carbon fiber(CF) was used as the reinforcement to blend with high density polyethylene(HDPE) to prepare HDPE/CF composite for dance mats, and the thermal stability, mechanical strength, friction performance and flame retardant performance of HDPE/CF composite were studied. The results show that sample 4 has the best comprehensive performance. The tensile strength and impact strength of sample 4 are 31.6 MPa and 18.5 kJ/m^(2), respectively, and the friction coefficient is 0.072, which are better than those of pure HDPE. Sample 4 has the best flame retardancy, the limiting oxygen index(LOI) reaches 25.83%, and the combustion grade is V-1. Ssample 4 has good damping performance,and the damping coefficients during tensile and compressive recovery are 0.066 and 0.42, respectively, which are much higher than those of pure HDPE. HDPE/CF composite has excellent mechanical properties and vibration damping, which can be effectively used for dance mat materials.
