摘　　要：建筑信息模型(BIM)是指在建设工程及设施的规划、设计、施工以及运营维护阶段全寿命周期创建和管理建筑信息的过程,结合物联网(IoT)技术和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,可以有效解决施工过程中出现工序碰撞造成的返工、窝工等现象,现场布置不合理造成的二次搬运等问题。本文以宁波奥体中心为例,介绍了BIM+IOT+GIS安全管控系统的应用,展现了工程建设各阶段精细化管理的新模式,将工程项目中建筑、机械、人员、物料状态等多种信息实时整合,远程监管,实现对施工组织进度、材料质量以及施工作业安全规范等全面跟踪与实时反馈,对比传统建筑模式,分析总结了该安全管控系统的主要优点。Building Information Modeling(BIM)refers to the process of creating and managing building information during the whole life cycle of planning,design,construction,and operation and maintenance of construction projects and facilities,when combined with Internet of Things(IoT)technology and geographic information system(GIS),it can effectively solve the problems of rework and idling of labour force caused by process collisions during the construction,and secondary handling caused by unreasonable site layout.Taking Ningbo Olympic Sports Center as an example,the application of BIM+GIS+IOT safety management and control system is introduced,showing a new mode of refined management at each stage of engineering construction,which can be remotely supervised in order to achieve comprehensive tracking and real-time feedback on construction progress,material quality and safety specifications by integrating information of construction,machinery,personnel,and material status in engineering projects.The main advantages of the system are analyzed and summarized in comparison with traditional construction modes.
