摘　　要：实验室绩效评价体系对提高教学质量意义重大。为了让实验室考评项目绩效结果更加科学合理并具有一定的导向性,同时能满足新时代培养教育人才、提高总体教育水平的需求,构建新的实验室绩效评价体系迫在眉睫。本文旨在通过对实验室建设的研究,归纳总结出科学合理的实验室绩效评价体系,学校管理者可通过这一体系更精确地做出适合的决策。The laboratory performance evaluation system is of great significance to the teaching quality.It is urgent to build a new laboratory performance evaluation system to make the performance results more scientific,reasonable and oriented,and to meet the needs of cultivating educational talents and improving the overall education quality in the new era.The purpose of this paper is to propose a scientific and reasonable laboratory performance evaluation system through research on laboratory construction,so as to provide reference for school administrators to make more scientific decisions.
